Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for the Cox Celebrity Championship hosted by Drew Brees (formerly the Celebrity Classic hosted by Stan Humphries). Volunteers are an essential part of ensuring a smooth and effective golf tournament. We greatly appreciate and value all of your enthusiasm and effort. The Cox Celebrity Championship hosted by Drew Brees offers a wide variety of rewarding opportunities for volunteers. Each volunteer will receive an official tournament golf shirt, four (4) tournament tickets and a parking pass. Volunteers will also receive breakfast and/or lunch at the event as well as an invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation Party immediately following the check presentation on Sunday. Also, for every two days (12 hours minimum) of volunteer work, volunteers will receive a FREE round of golf (cart not included) at Morgan Run Resort and Club.*

Please note as in years past, each volunteer is asked to pay a volunteer fee to help offset the cost of the volunteer shirts. This year the fee will be $32 and will need to be sent to our office at the time of registration. Please make checks out to the Cox Celebrity Championship hosted by Drew Brees of San Diego and mail them to:

Integrated Sports Marketing
9606 Aero Dr., Suite 1100
San Diego, CA 92123

In order to guarantee your shirt size, we will need to receive your registration and payment by April 1, 2010.

A volunteer orientation session will be held in early May. The session(s) will consist of the distribution of volunteer uniforms/badges and other pertinent information including schedules and assignments.
Volunteer schedules vary depending on which service is assigned. Please refer to each individual volunteer opportunities for specific schedules required.

*Certain restrictions apply

Volunteer Opportunities

The Cox Celebrity Championship hosted by Drew Brees offers many rewarding opportunities for volunteers.

We have listed below a menu of volunteer opportunities that exist for this exciting event. Please keep in mind that each volunteer will be asked to choose their 1st, 2nd and 3rd committee choices. We will make every attempt to assign every volunteer to their 1st choice, but as committees get filled we might have to ask volunteers to move to their 2nd or 3rd choice. When making your selections, please note that not all committees will be needed every day of the tournament (complete listing follows). Once again, thank you for participating!!
